Pete Simpson, spokesman for Portland police, said that about 8 a.m. officers were conducting their usual wake-up patrol, asking people sleeping on Southwest Naito Parkway under the Morrison Bridge to pick up their belongings. Wh迷你倉le that was going on, a dog in the area bit an officer, causing a minor injury. Simpson said several people became argumentative, prompting an officer to deploy pepper spray.The officers arrested two people. Multnomah County Animal Services took the dog.
